座便器虹吸管改进设计的噪声分析

摘    要:由于噪声计算的复杂性,国内用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)的方法预测流体流动引起的噪声尚处于开始阶段。利用CFD软件对座便器内部水和空气混合物的流动情况进行数值模拟,分析了某型号座便器虹吸管的结构缺陷,并据此进行改进设计。模拟分析表明,改进设计后产品的虹吸管已没有明显的缺陷。进行实机测量发现,改进设计后产品的冲水噪声完全符合国家的相关标准。

Abstract:Because of the complexity of noise computation,the noise simulation by using CFD methods is just beginning in china.In the paper,the CFD software is used to numerically simulate the flow of the mixture of water and air in toilet,and the structural shortage of toilet's siphon is also been analyzed and improved.It's indicates that the improvement on toilet has lessened the structural shortage of toilet's siphon.By measuring the improved toilet,the noise that induced by the flow of the water is in according with the standard of the Country completely.
