汽车进气系统噪声仿真分析及优化

摘    要:发动机的进气系统是汽车主要的噪声源之一,加强对此系统噪声控制是解决车辆噪声的一种有效途径。针对某款发动机进气系统噪声问题,应用CAE手段对此系统进行声学传递损失仿真计算,发现其存在的消音缺陷,并采用穿孔式消声器对进气系统进行噪声优化,解决原系统在消声上存在的问题,达到良好的效果。

Abstract:Intake system of engine is one of the main noise sources of an automobile. In this paper, the acoustic transmission loss of the engine intake system was simulated by CAE, and the defects in its noise silencing were found. With the use of perforated muffler, the intake system was optimized. The defects in the noise silencing were removed and a favorite effect was reached.
