驾驶室内部噪声分析与阻尼降噪

摘    要:基于有限元和边界元方法,运用ANSYS和SYSNOISE软件建立驾驶室声—固耦合有限元模型和声学边界元模型,计算在指定工况下壁板的振动和驾驶员右耳旁的声压级。在此基础上,进行面板声学贡献度分析,确定对驾驶员右耳声压贡献突出的壁板。通过采用沥青型阻尼材料对壁板进行减振降噪处理,有效地降低驾驶员右耳旁噪声。

Abstract:The sound-structure coupled finite element model and the acoustic boundary element model of a cab were presented by applying ANSYS and SYSNOISE codes respectively. Vibration of panels under the specified condition and sound pressure level at driver' s right ear was computed. According to the results, panel' s acoustic contribution was analyzed and the panels which have important contribution to the sound pressure at the driver' s right ear were confirmed. Applying the asphalt damping materials to the panels, the noise at driver' s right ear was effectively reduced.
