柔性甲板模拟器设计及在冲击试验中的应用

摘    要:舰船设备的抗冲击性能对其安全性和可靠性有着重要的影响。为了使冲击试验能准确反映设备的抗冲击性能,有必要加装柔性甲板模拟器,以便更好地模拟设备实际安装处的冲击环境。经过设计原理的阐述,确立数值分析方案,并将其结果应用到某型设备的冲击实验中,用于模拟作用在船底的水下爆炸产生的冲击能量经船体结构向上层甲板的传递。实验结果表明,根据规范设计的冲击输入满足设计要求,而柔性甲板模拟器的使用能更好地模拟设备实际安装位置的冲击环境,可以在舰载设备的冲击试验中推广使用。

Abstract:Shock resistance for facilities on warships is of great importance to their safety and reliability. In order to simulate the shock environment where the facilities are installed, flexible deck simulator is put out and the corresponding principles and designing process are indicated. In shock test for a on board facility, a flexible deck simulator is designed and used to simulate the shock loads. It is concluded from the testing results that the shock environment where the facility is installed is well simulated by using the simulator, which indicates that the necessity of the usage of flexible deck simulator in shock test.
