冰箱压缩机机壳实验模态分析

摘    要:采用锤击脉冲激励法,对某型号冰箱压缩机机壳进行了实验模态分析,识别了整机壳体的各阶固有频率(1 KHz-4 KHz)、阻尼和模态振型等参数,获得整机壳体的固有振动特性。并以实验模态分析为基础,研究整机壳体的结构动态特性,实验模态分析结果表明:压缩机壳体模态振型以内外扩张振动为主,封闭壳体的固有振动特性是压缩机噪声辐射的主要原因。实验模态分析的结果可为压缩机减振和降噪设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:By using hammering pulse-inspirit method,the experimental modal analysis of a refrigeration compressor's shell is carried out.The fundamental modal parameters,including natural frequencies(1kHz-4kHz),damping and mode shapes,are estimated and identified.The intrinsic vibration characteristic of the compressor's shell is obtained.Based on the experimental modal analysis,the dynamic characteristic of the shell structure is investigated.The results show that the main modal shapes of the compressor's shell are essentially the outward-expanding and inward-contracting vibrations.The main cause of noise radiation is the intrinsic vibration of the shell.The results of the experimental modal analysis can provide a useful reference for vibration and noise reduction of the compressors.
