| 摘 要： | 立式大型冷凝塔是制药、冷库、化工和机电等行业进行空调、制冷和干燥工艺中的必备设备之一。由于这些冷凝塔 (实用中多为塔群 )多安装于室外 ,利用水柱落差与空气进行自然热交换降低水温。冷凝塔水柱落入集水池时溅落激发的噪声一般可达 90dB(A)左右的声级。成为影响周围环境的污染源。本文介绍的内外集水圈与锥体散热器组成复合的降噪器件不仅可使冷凝塔的落水噪声降低 8～ 9dB(A) ,而且可使冷凝塔落水的热交换率增强 ,收到一举两得的结果。

| Abstract: | large vertical refrigeratory towers are found mental equipments for air condition refrigeration,dry in medecine chemical and mechanism industry.druing falling,the cooling water exchanges heat with air around to lower its temperature therefore.The cooling system is usually installed outdoor,The falling water produces noise,and the sound pressure level can reach up to 90dBA. A complex noise reducing measures is introduced in this article,which can effectively reduce water falling noise Level by 8 9dB,and at the same time the heat exchange ratio has also been reinforced. |
