扩张式消声器消声特性理论研究和实验分析

摘    要:对某工业消声器进行了理论研究和实验分析,通过分析试验得到这类消声器的消声特性,指出在实际中,此类消声器声波不是严格按照一维平面波形式传播。对此消声器进行了改进,提高了其消声性能,解决了此消声器消声效果差和消声频带上的缺陷,探索出了一种有效的消声器设计方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the theoretical study and experimental analysis for industrial muffler are conducted. The acoustic performance of the expansion muffler is acquired by analysis and experiment. It is found that the sound wave of the muffler is not strictly spread according to the unidimensional plane wave form. The noise attenuation performance of the muffler is improved by mending the muffler.
