摘    要:通过分析和控制高聚物熔体在流行和凝固过程中的相态变化,理论预测预报了材料的力学性能,并实现了高聚物多相系显微结构强化材料的理论设计。

Abstract:In this paper a design concept for multiphase- multicomponent polymers reinforced by special microstructure built up was proposed.By rheologic analysis and processing control of the melt flow and solidification,the microstructure and the multiphase morphology can be so built up that the improved synergetic mechanical properties can be obtained.This has been sucessfully demonstrated by a multiphase system containing thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP).
