摘    要:通过使用一种易于重复的合成工艺,在常压下制备了纳米级羟基磷灰石针状晶体,这种纳米级针状晶体在形态,结构和组成上与人骨组织中纳米针晶非常相似,利于发挥羟基磷灰石优良的生理相容性,能用于研制一种类骨的高强柔韧的复合人工骨修复材料,所用的制备工艺有助于简化这种类骨复合材料的合成。

Abstract:Nanograde hydroxyapatite osteoapatite like needle crystals are prepared under normal atmospheric pressure. The nanograde hydroxyapatite needle like crystals with good compatibility are similar to crystals of human bone in morphology, structure and components and can be used for synthesis of bone like composite with high strength and toughness. This is beneficial to repaire bone defect. The technique adopted provides a useful method to make the bone like substitute which is composed of the osteoapatite like needle cystals and polymer.
