摘    要:以高感和高抗细菌性条斑病(细条病)的两个籼稻品种H359和Acc8558为亲本,建立了一个重且自交系群体。利用该群体构建了一张包含225个分子标记的连锁图。1996年和1997连续两年对该群体进行了细条病抗性鉴定。采用t测验法、复合区间定位法及多性状复合区间定位法对细条病抗性基因(QTL)进行了定位分析。共检测出11个QTL,分别位位于第1、2、3、4、5、7、8和11号染色体上,效应大小彼此接近

Abstract:A population of recombinant inbred lines was established from a cross between two indica rice varieties, H359 and Acc8558, which are highly susceptive and highly resistant to bacterial leaf streak(BLS), respectively. A linkage map consisting of 225 molecular markers was constructed using the population. Resistance to BLS of each line in the population was tested in both 1996 and 1997. The methods of t test, composite interval mapping and multiple trait composite interval mapping were used to map genes(QTLs) underlying resistance to BLS. A total of 11 QTLs were detected, located on chromosome, 1,2,3,4,5,7,8 and 11, respectively. The sizes of effects of the QTLs were similar. Most of the alleles resistant to BLS came from the resistant parent Acc8558. Only 2 resistant alleles of the QTLs located on chromosome 3 and 4 were from the susceptive parent H359.
