条斑紫菜丝状孢子体表达序列标签分析

摘    要:为获得条斑紫菜丝状孢子体特异表达基因和抗逆相关基因,进行了条斑紫菜丝状孢子体表达序列标签分析,共获得170条表达序列标签。与数据库中条斑紫菜叶状配子体表达序列标签比较,发现73条新标签,占42.94%。这些新标签可能是条斑紫菜丝状孢子体特异表达的基因。获得的170条表达序列标签可分成106组,其中的43组,占46.6%,在蛋白质数据库中存在同源蛋白。已知功能的43组标签中,大部分与能量代谢和蛋白质合成相关,只有3组与生长发育,6组与抗逆与防御相关。上述研究结果是构建条斑紫菜分子标记连锁图谱和探讨条斑紫菜养殖性状遗传机理的重要基础。

Analysis of Expressed Sequence Tags of Filamentous Sporophyte of Porphyra Yezoensis
Abstract:The analysis of expressed sequence tags (ESTs) of filamentous sporophyte of P. yezoensis was carried out in order to identify sporophyte specific genes and disease and stress resistance related genes. Among 170 tags obtained, 73 are new in comparison with ESTs of leafy gametophyte published previously, counting for 42 94%. These newly identified ESTs may represent the genes expressed specifically in filamentous sporophyte. The 170 ESTs were grouped into 106 non redundant clusters, among them, 43 have homologous proteins in public data banks, counting for 46 6%. It was found that the majority of these 43 clusters with predicted functions are involved in energy metabolism or protein synthesis, only 3 and 6 clusters are growth and stress resistance related respectively. All these ESTs can serve as the fragment or sequence tags for constructing linkage map or the single nucleotide polymorphism candidates for deciphering the genetic bases of important traits of P. yezoensis.
