干燥地区蒸发冷却空调系统运行效果及能耗分析

摘    要:介绍了蒸发冷却空调系统的形式,并进行了简单的分类。提出蒸发冷却空调系统分别从冷源侧、输配侧、末端侧的耗电量计算方法。通过对新疆某医院采用空气—水蒸发冷却空调系统和干燥地区某机场配餐中心采用全空气蒸发冷却空调系统的室内温湿度及整体耗电量实测数据对比分析,来评价蒸发冷却空调系统的运行效果及能耗,得出实测的室内平均温度均为23.6℃,都低于室内温度的设计值;同时室外环境的湿球温度对空调系统的耗电量影响较为明显,当室外环境的湿球温度升高时,空调系统的耗电量也随之增大。并且给出了蒸发冷却空调系统的优化建议。

Abstract:The form of evaporative cooling air-conditioning system is introduced,and simple classification is carried out.A calculation method for the power consumption of the evaporative cooling air-conditioning system from the cold source side,the transmission and distribution side,and the terminal side is proposed.Evaluate the operating effect of the evaporative cooling air-conditioning system by comparing and analyzing the measured data of indoor temperature,humidity and overall power consumption of an air-water evaporative cooling air conditioning system in a hospital in Xinjiang and an all-air evaporative cooling air conditioning system in an airport catering center in a dry area.And energy consumption,the measured indoor average temperature is 23.6℃,which is lower than the design value of the indoor temperature.At the same time,the wet bulb temperature of the outdoor environment has a significant impact on the power consumption of the air conditioning system.When it rises,the power consumption of the air conditioning system also increases.And the optimization suggestions of evaporative cooling air conditioning system are given.
