环丙烷热力性能的理论分析与实验研究

摘    要:通过对RC270、R600a及R134a三种制冷剂热力性能的理论研究,对比分析表明RC270的单位容积制冷量比R600a大144.5%,比R134a大33.8%,其性能系数COP比R600a高出5.9%,比R134a高出9.7%;同时,针对家用冷藏冷冻箱BCD-228,根据国家标准的相关要求,对家用冷藏冷冻箱分别使用RC270、R134a两种制冷剂的制冷循环性能进行了实验研究,实验结果表明,RC270比R134a节能4.7%,能效指数降低2.9%,研究结果对RC270新型制冷剂推广应用具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The primary study on theory and experiment in aspects of thermodynamic properties of the new alternative refrigerant cyclopropane (RC270) were carried out in this paper. The thermodynamic of RC270 were compared with other existing refrigerants showed that, the volumetric cooling capacity of RC270 has 144.5% more than R600a, 33.8% more than R134a, and it has the highest coefficient of performance (COP), which is 5.9% higher than R600a, 9.7% higher than the R134a. According to the correlative demands of national standards, experimental study on the performances of refrigeration cycle as RC270, R134a were respectively used on domestic refrigerators BCD-228, the results showed that RC270 consumed 4.7% less energy and energy efficiency exponent decrease 2.9% than R134a, the findings of this paper provide reference for the application of RC270.
