摘    要:温度是制约热处理性能的主要指标,对热处理炉温度的准确、可靠测量是目前亟待解决的技术问题。本提出了一种基于多传感器参数估计数据融合的热处理炉温度测度方法,给出数据融合算法。实际应用结果验证了算法的准确性。

Abstract:The performance of heat treatment is restricted by temperature. At present, it is a technical problem that should be solved immediately for accurately and reliably measuring the temperature of heat treatment. This paper presents a new method of multisensor data fusion for measuring the temperature based on parameter estimation, and gives the data fusion algorithm. The results show that the algorithm is right. It is optimal and more reliably, compared with arithmetic means of finite sensors, and can be used in multisensor systems which the measurement data belong to normal distribution.
