电磁波加温热疗用光纤温度传感器的研究

摘    要:从设计原理、结构、性能测试与分析几方面,介绍了一种电磁波加温治癌中测温用的单片机GaAs光纤温度传感器。该传感器为单端输出型,并采用了双波长、单通道、比值输出的信号处理方案,具有良好的稳定性和实用性。

Abstract:This paper describes the designing principle, structure, performance test and analysis of GaAs temperature sensor with a single-chip computer and optic fibre which is used to measure the cancer temperature in clinic of microwave or radio-frequency hyperthermia. The sensor is in a single-end output type, and adopts an excellent signal process project of double wavelength, single way and ratio output in design, thus making the sensor has high stability and good practicality.
