摘    要:基于压缩机的实测分析 ,对现有的两种消声器进行了声学理论分析 ,运用声学四端网络法对现有的压缩机消声器进行了研究 ,得到消声器的插入损失等声学特性。在此基础上 ,提出了新的内插管双扩张室消声器设计 ,取得了 3dBA以上的降噪效果 ,并且没有功率上的损失

Abstract:By experiment analysis of two existing kinds of muffler of rotary compressor, the actual effects and frequency characteristics of mufflers and muffling amount and distance to allowance of mufflers within frequencies have been got,which are important factors to design new muffler. Based on the experiment analysis of the compressor, a method of four pole network is used to analyze acoustic characteristics of the vested mufflers. Based on the analysis of acoustic characteristic of existing mufflers, a new two expansion chamber muffler is developed and designed, and the acoustic characteristics are analyzed. The noises of the compressors with the new muffler are reduced in 3 dB, and there is no power loss.
