| Abstract: | In this paper, the author proposes a non contact on line measuring and controlling method for external grinding according to the principle of pneutronic measuring. The on line measuring and controlling method and algorithm for correcting the nonlinear errors of the measuring system by simplified CMAC and principle of pneutronic measurment and air/electric converter were described. Finally, some problems of on line measuring and controlling and the solving methods are presented. |
