摘    要:为研究液氧供应系统启动阶段的压力平稳性,使用AMESim对液氧加注启动阶段平稳性进行了仿真,比较了设立启动容器和不设启动容器两种情况下液氧加注启动阶段的压力、流速的稳定性,通过仿真分析了启动容器设立的位置对加注流量稳定性的影响。通过对某型号动力系统试验液氧加注泄出系统进行仿真,将仿真结果与试验数据对比,验证了仿真过程中使用孔板替代发动机模拟负载的正确性与使用AMESim软件进行液氧供应系统仿真的合理性。经仿真分析,设立启动容器可使启动阶段压力震荡时间缩减至设立前的四分之一,设立启动容器后可明显减小启动阶段产生的压力凹坑,启动容器与负载端的距离为启动段平稳性的主要影响因素。

Abstract:To study the stationary characteristics of the oxygen supply system in start-up phase, AMESim was used to simulated the liquid oxygen filling start-up phase. The stability of pressure and flow rate in star-up phase of liquid oxygen supply system with a start-up container was compared with that of the liquid oxygen supply system without a start-up container. The time difference between the star-up container and the main container and the influence of the start-up container position on the stability of the filling flow were analyzed. One liquid oxygen filling system of power system was simulated , and the simulation results were compared to experiment results ,which verifies that orifice plate can be used to replace the engine in the liquid oxygen filling system and AMESim is a feasible method to simulated the liquid oxygen system. Through simulation analysis,the establishment of the start-up container can shorten the pressure oscillation time in the start-up phase to one quarter of that before the establishment. The distance between the start-up container and the engine is the main influencing factor of the stability of the start-up phase.
