涡旋式膨胀机热力过程分析与实验研究

摘    要:从涡旋式膨胀机的几何结构关系出发,对其热过程进行理论分析,导出涡旋式膨胀机的最小膨胀比、理论行程膨胀比和理论等熵效率等理论性能参数,并进行了初步的实验验证。指出造成涡旋式膨胀机实际过程中等熵效率偏低的主要原因是涡圈间隙内的泄漏损失以及其它不可逆水力损失。

Abstract:Form the viewpoint of the geometrical theory,thermodynamic processes are analyzed to deduce performance parameters of a scroll expander,such as the minimum expansion ratio,expansion ratio of theoretical stoke and isoentropic efficiency.Preliminary experiments show that the leakage in the clearance between the scroll plates and other irreversible hydraulic losses account for the low isoentropic efficiency for the scroll expander in practical applications.
