摘    要:通过对空气制冷循环 (逆向Braytoncycle)和由碳氢化合物 (如丙烷、丁烷等 )与阻燃气体 (如氮气、二氧化碳等 )配组成具有安全、不燃、无毒、无公害的绿色天然制冷工质进行研究的基础上 ,提出了一种利用涡旋式膨胀机与压缩机的绿色天然工质制冷空调器。由于换热器和膨胀机的工作工况为多元非共沸物两相工况 ,因而单位质量制冷 (热 )量大 ,有利于设备紧凑、成本降低 ;涡旋式机械由于结构简单、运行平稳、噪音低、效率高、转速低 (75 0~ 30 0 0 )r/min等优点 ,完全适用于中小型空调器 ;膨胀功直接为压缩机所利用 ,因而 ,比蒸气压缩式空调器具有更高的制冷系数。此外 ,还就温度滑移问题提出了相应的对策

Abstract:Based on the analysis of Brayton cooling cycle and the study of a safe,non fire,non poison,non pollution natural working refrigerants,which are made of hydrocarbon mixtures and some fire retardant gases,a machine made of scroll expander and scroll compressor for air conditioning with natural refrigerants is presented.Because the heat exchangers and expander are working under multi component non azeotropic two phase state,the cooling power per unit mass of the machine is increased.The machine will be compact and the cost will be decreased.The scroll machine is fit for medium and small sized air conditioning with the advantage of simple structure,stable operation,low noise,high efficiency and low speed of rotation.It could obtain higher coefficient of performance(COP)than that of traditional vapor compression air conditioning because the expansion work can be used in the compressor.In addition,the method for temperature sliding is also presented.
