摘    要:活塞式压缩机在采用进气阀部分行程项开来调节气量时,缺内气体经厍了变质量气体压缩过程。对这一过程进行了理论分析,导出了缸内气压力变化的微分方程。根据此微分方程的数值解可以理论计算出所调节的气量。这在实验上得到了验证,并且理论计算与实际计算之间误差在5%以内。

Abstract:The gas compression in the cylinder is a variable mass gas compressing one when the method of press off inlet valve during partial stroke is applied to regulate gas This article analyzes this process and derives the differential equation to describe the change of the gas in the cylinder The regulated delivery can be calculated according to the differential equation It has been verified by the experiment and the error is less than 5%
