摘    要:为了研制一种全自动远程控制、可连续采样的空气微生物采样机器人系统,以适应空气微生物采样自动化、网络化、智能化的发展需求,通过论证、测试-验证,完成系统的总体设计,以及室内远程控制组件、圆周-升降运动、手爪张合、样品刻字、气流控制、防盗安全、信息保存等功能模块的设计,并进行样机集成和基本性能测试。结果表明,研制的空气微生物采样机器人系统适用于多种作业环境,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:To develop a remote automatic and continuous sampling air microorganism robot system,which could satisfy the needs of the air microorganism development including automatic sampling of air germs,networking and intelligence,the overall design of the system was completed based on the demonstration,test-validation.The hardware and software of the components in the system including indoor remote control unit,the module of three-dimensional motion control,paw control,sample identification,air flow control and security monitoring information storage module and light vehicle refrigerator were developed.A prototype system was integrated and performance of the prototype was tested.The results show that the air microorganism robot system has achieved the design requirements,which can be used in a variety of operating environments.
