摘    要:为了实现对片状超细云母颗粒厚度的准确测定,采用环氧树脂法、压片法、煮胶法、叠片法和半叠片法等制样方法,通过实验,系统地分析和研究如何使片状超细粉颗粒直立,通过用SEM表征粉体厚度制样方法的效果。结果表明:环氧树脂法、压片法、煮胶法都无法准确测定超细云母颗粒的厚度,半叠片制样方法可以使片状超细云母颗粒固定,还可以使颗粒直立,从而可以准确测定云母颗粒的厚度。

Abstract:In order to measure the thickness of ultrafine mica particles with flake shape,the preparing methods how to make the ultrafine flake parti-cles stand were analyze and researched through the experiments by using epoxy resin method,pressed-pellet method,glue cooking method,lamina-tion method,and semi-laminated method.The samples were characterized by SEM.The results showed that the thickness of ultrafine flake particles could not be measured by epoxy resin method,pressed-pellet method and glue cooking method.The semi-laminated method not only fixed the parti-cles,but also made the flake particles stand,so that the thickness of ultra-fine flake particles could be measured accurately.
