通风空调管道中聚积物燃烧时温度场分布的实验研究

摘    要:建筑物的通风空调系统给人们的工作和生活创造了舒适的环境条件,但由于空调系统的管道中聚积物的存在,空调系统将成为火灾在建筑物内蔓延传播的重要途径。本文中对通风空调系统中的聚积物导致火灾发生和传播的影响因素进行实验分析。实验选取锯末代替风管中的聚积物,并用电加热板引燃风管中的锯末,模拟聚积物燃烧时风管内温度场分布及烟气扩散范围。通过布置在不同断面、不同测点的热电偶测量风管内聚积物燃烧时的温度场。实验结果表明来流风速和聚积物的厚度等因素将对火焰的传播与扩散有较大影响。

Abstract:The ventilation and air-conditions system of building supplies comfortable environment for work and life, however, because of the existence of sediment in ventilation tubes, the air-conditions system can become an importance approach of fire spread and diffusion in buildings. Therefore, the influential factors of happening and spread of fire brought by sediment in air-conditions system were analyzed. The experiments selected sawdust as a kind of sediment. When simulate fire scenarios,the resistance coil was chosen to ignite sediment disposed in ventilation tube. The scopes of the testing included temperature distribution and influential length of hot smoke in ventilation tube under fire circumstance. Numerous thermocouples were installed at various cross sections and different measure dots within ventilation tube to measure temperature field. The results show that the factors such as air velocity and thickness of sediment have influence in speed of temperature distribution and length of hot smoke.
