颗粒床过滤中最难过滤粒子粒径及最具穿透率流速研究

摘    要:研究了颗粒床过滤中4种机理联合作用下的最具穿透率粒子粒径及最具穿透率气体流速特性。当气体流速、过滤介质粒径均不变时,得到了计算最难过滤粒子粒径的理论方程;当气溶胶粒子粒径、过滤介质粒径均不变时,得到了计算最具穿透率流速的理论方程。通过实验数据验证了理论的正确性。

Abstract:The characteristics of most penetrant particle size and flow velocity in granular bed filtration by four united mechanism were studied. When the flow velocity and filtration medium diameter didn’t change, the theoretical equation of computing most penetrant particle size was gained. When both of the aerosol and filtration medium particle diameter didn’t change, the theoretical equation of computing most penetrant flow velocity was gained. The experimental data further proved the correctness of above results.
