Abstract: | We report the magneto-optical studies on the EuTe epilayer grown by molecular beam epitaxy. Huge Zeeman shift of the excitonic photoluminescence is observed. The circular polarization property of the photoluminescence is investigated. An evident hysteresis behavior of the circular polarization for the excitonic photoluminescence is resolved, indicating the existence of the initial magnetization due to the formation of dense bound magnetic polaron. |
