| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了当前我国果蔬生产和冷链的概况。结合差压预冷的设计，提出采用移动式差压预冷装置进行产地果蔬预冷，并在果蔬运输中采用蓄冷板加优质覆盖材料的方式，解决国内果蔬冷链存在的问题。

| Abstract: | This papers introduced the present overview about producing and cold chain of fruits and vegetables in our country.Combined with pressure-difference pre-cooling designing,a way has been proposed that make the fruits and vegetables cold with mobile pre-cooling units and use cooling plate and good covering material in transportation,and then solve the problem in the cold chain of fruits and vegetables. |
