摘    要:隔膜贮箱是一种空间系统应用较广泛的液体推进剂贮箱.在橡胶隔膜贮箱的研制中,通过对焊接过程中隔膜受热状态分析,优化选择了电子束焊接规范参数;采用了特殊焊接工艺方法,较好地控制了橡胶隔膜在焊接过程中的受热温度,通过直接测温方法测定,橡胶隔膜在焊接过程中受热的峰值温度和停留时间能够满足隔膜材料的要求.

Abstract:The membrane tank is that one kind of liquid propellant of space system is broad used. In course of the development of the membrane tank, via the status analysis is heated. The electron beam welding norm parameter chose in the optimization. The particular soldering technology means is adopted. The being heated temperature that rubber membrane is controlled in course of the welding. The measuring by means of practice, the peak value of temperature and stay time of high temperature that rubber membrane is fulfilled the demand of the rubber membrane material in course of the welding.
