摘    要:真空冷却过程是复杂的相变传热传质过程,该过程涉及到扩散、传热、传质和相变等机理.在能量和质量守恒的基础上,经过适当的简化,建立了真空冷却过程中的数学模型.通过对结果分析发现,数值模拟的结果与实验数据吻合很好,误差在5%以内.数学模型可以准确预测真空冷却过程中的温度变化和质量损失,将有助于进一步理解和研究真空冷却机理.

Abstract:Vacuum cooling is a complicated heat and mass transfer process supported by various theories such as dif-fusion,heat transfer,mass transfe r and phase change.Based on the conse rvation of mass and energy,a simplif ied mathe-matical model was developed to predi ct the variations of temperature and mass loss during vacuum cooling.The predicted temperature variations and mass loss are compared with the measured valu es.It showed that the simulation results agreed with the experimental data well.The deviation between the simulated and the e xperimental mass loss is about 5%.The mathe-matical model can be used to predict t he variations of temperature and mass loss for understanding the mechani sm of vacuum cooling.
