机枪结构动态特性的优化研究

摘    要:利用Ansys有限元分析软件对建立的有限元模型进行了模态分析,通过对设计变量、状态变量和目标函数的合理选择建立了优化模型,对机枪的机构参数进行了优化.建立了某机枪的有限元实体模型,在模态分析的基础上优化武器的机构动态特性.求解了机枪的自由模态参数,与试验模态分析所得到的模态参数进行了对比验证,通过结构优化得到了结构修改方案.机枪的有限元模型通过优化结构参数提高了机枪的结构动态特性,武器的射击频率与机枪整体结构的固有频率匹配更加合理,提高了武器的射击精度.

Abstract:The normal model of a machine gun is analyzed by the Ansys finite element software. The configuration parameters of the tripod mount are optimized by choosing appropriate design variables, state variables and a target function. The dynamic characteristic of the machine gun structure is optimized as well. The mode parameters of the machine gun calculated by the finite element method are compared with that of the experiment mode analysis to ensure the validity of the finite element model. As a result, the finite element model of a machine gun improves its dynamic characteristic by optimizing its structure parameters, makes the matching reasonable between the inherence vibration frequency and the firing frequency of the gun, and increases the firing accuracy.
