摘    要:目的 研制低成本、功能强的射线数字实时成像检测系统 .方法 根据性能要求选择射线像增强器、CCD视频相相、图像采集卡等主要部件 ,设计光路和软件等完成成像系统 .结果 研制了完整的系统 ,性能达到了设计的要求 .结论 本系统成本低 ,特别适用于生产流水线产品的在线实时检测

Abstract:Aim To develop a low cost digital radiographic detection system. Methods X ray intensifiers, CCD video cameras and image acquisition cards are selected according to the performance of the system, a light route system and software are designed. Results The detection system is developed. The performance of the system is satisfied the demand of design. Conclusion The cost of the system is low, it can be especially applied to on line inspection of the products .
