多材质构件密度的工业CT无损检测

摘    要:文中介绍了用工业CT无损检测对多材质构件进行密度量化检测的方法.简要分析了电压、探测器灵敏度系数、扫描厚度、增减组分等不同检测参数对透射射线强度和各组分CT值的影响以及与构件各组分密度的关系.并以纤维增强复合材料构件作为实际例子,介绍了用工业CT成功测量构件内部材料密度的原理、方法及注意事项.
