摘    要:目的 研究覆膜陶瓷粉末激光线扫描烧结成型过程中温度的测试技术 .方法 应用红外测温仪及热电偶实际测量了已烧结粉末层的温度 ,并同理论计算值进行了比较 .结果 实际测量值同理论计算值符合得很好 .结论 应用作者所开发的测温系统 ,可迅速并准确地完成温度场的测试 ,从而为后续位移及应力场的分析与缺陷预测打下坚实的基础

Abstract:Aim To study the detection technique of temperature of polymer coated porcelain powders in the process of line scanning laser sintering. Methods To detect the temperature of sintered layers with the infrared thermometers and thermcouples ,then to compare the results with the calculation values. Results The experiment values were in good agreement with the calculation values. Conclusion With the system of temperature detection developed in this paper, the temperature could be detected rapidly and precisely, the basis of next analyzing of deforms, stresses and defects was made firmly.
