摘    要:作用距离是红外搜索跟踪(IRST)系统的核心指标之一,需要对它作专门的研究。从凝视型红外焦平面的响应度和探测目标所需的辐射功率出发,修改了凝视型焦平面响应度的公式,对目标成像的特性进行了新的分析,并讨论了系统各部分对作用距离的影响,建立了凝视型IRST系统作用距离的数学模型,为系统设计和性能评估提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Operating range is a core specification of an IR Search and Track (IRST) system and a special study on the operating range should be made. According to responsibility of staring IR focal plane array and radiation power needed for detecting target, the expressions for responsibility of the staring focal plane array is modified and a new analysis for target imaging features is carried out. The influence of each sub-system on operating range is discussed and a mathematical model for operating range of the staring IR search and track system is developed, thus providing a theoretical basis for system design and performance evaluation.
