| 摘 要： | 提出一种测量由力矩电机驱动的稳定转台摩擦参数的方法.通过对转台自由减速过程速度曲线的拟合,以及电机启动过程电流的测量,可以得到最大静摩擦力矩、库仑摩擦力矩、粘滞摩擦系数和转动惯量.建立了稳定转台摩擦的仿真模型.针对一个单轴稳定转台进行的仿真和实验结果表明,在扰动换向时产生的稳定误差尖峰由扰动换向时的阶跃摩擦干扰力矩产生.仿真获得了和实验一致的精度结果.对进一步提高稳定精度的方法进行了分析.

| Abstract: | A method of measuring the friction parameters of stabilized turntable driven by torque motor is proposed. Maximaum static friction torque, Coulomb friction torque, viscous friction coefficient and moment of inertia can be obtained by fitting the free angular rate attenuation curve of the stabilized turntable and measuring the driving current when the motor begins to rotate. The friction simulation model of the stabilized turntable is built. Simulation system of a single axis stabilized turntable system shows that the peak of the stabilization error is caused by the step friction disturbance torque. The rejection accuracy obtained in simulation is the same as that obtained in the experiment. In the end, some suggestion is given to improve the stabilized accuracy. |
