摘    要:该方法的特点在于利用相邻图像块中3组重叠标记约束信息,完成传感器测量位置相互关系参数的标定,根据相互位置关系标定参数实现坐标系的统一和三维图像数据的拼接。同时,在标定参数解算过程中,引入旋动理论,利用空间向量分步求解12个位姿参数,使求解过程简单易行。通过对一自由曲面分块测量及数据拼接实验表明,这种方法参数求解简单,空间距离拼接相对误差优于0.56%。

Abstract:A novel approach for 3D image mosaic by mark constraint is proposed in the paper. This method makes use of constraint information of 3 overlapping joint marks in the adjacent images to calibrate the transform relationship parameters of the sensor measurement positions. Thus the integration of coordinate systems and 3D image mosaic can be achieved based on the calibrated relationship parameters. With the method, a screw theory is introduced to solve the transform relationship parameters. By using spatial vector, 12 attitude parameters can be computed conveniently in two steps. Through an experiment for free-form surface measurement, the approach is proven to be simple for parameter computation and its relative error for space length measurement is better than 0.56%.
