聚合物光纤几何参数测量系统

摘    要:基于CCD图像技术提出了显微放大成像、图像相对测量,通过计算机图像处理完成外径的为1mm聚合物光纤几何参数(芯径、外径、不圆度)的测量,测量精度为6μm左右。并给出了系统的结构与原理,分析了系统实现的精度保证。该系统也可实现聚合物光纤数值孔径的测量和折射率分布的表征等。

Abstract:The micro-amplification imaging and image relative measurement are proposed based on CCD image technique. A measurement for geometric parameters (core diameter, outer diameter and non-roundness) of polymer optic fiber with an outer diameter of 1-mm or so is carried out through computer image processing. Its measuring accuracy is 6mm or so. The constitution and principle of the system are given. The measures for implementing the accuracy of the system are analyzed. The system can also be applied to measurement of numerical aperture of polymer optic fiber and characterization of the refractory index distribution.
