摘    要:基于视觉暂留效应,使旋转屏分时显示三维图像的二维截面,则在旋转形成的实空间内可 获得再现图像。偏离转轴旋转时,双面发光屏再现的图像能正确反映原始形状,只是尺寸和方位存在着偏差;单面发光屏再现的图像会出现形状畸变,偏离越远越明显。基于单面发光屏的体显示实验表明,偏轴再现长方体时的畸变为近小远大。

Abstract:Two-dimensional slices of a three-dimensional image are displayed in sequence by a rotating panel, so the image is reconstructed due to persistence of vision within the cylindrical volume swept out by the display panel. In the case of off-axis rotation, the image reconstructed by a double-sides-visible display panel is kept in shape, merely the size and the orientation of which are slightly different from that of the original image; whereas the image reconstructed by a single-side-visible display panel is not in the original shape, moreover, the image distortion becomes more significant when the axis offset gets bigger. Experimental results of the volumetric system based on a single-side-visible display panel show that, when using the panel in off-axis rotation to reconstruct a cuboid that has a square bottom surface, image distortion that the length of near side seems smaller than that of far side can be observed.
