空间外差光谱技术实验研究

摘    要:空间外差光谱技术是一种可实现超光谱分辨率的新型光谱分析技术,该技术综合光栅与FTS技术于一体.介绍了空间外差光谱仪基本原理以及系统光学结构,并对其性能进行了分析讨论.以实验室搭台的方式建立了空间外差光谱仪原理试验装置;经检测,装置在591nm波段的光谱分辨能力达17700,光谱范围为17nm.在原理试验装置上进行了激光、连续光谱、Hg双线和Na双线光源的空间外差光谱实验.实验结果显示了空间外差光谱技术在超高光谱分辨率探测的能力.

Abstract:Spatial Heterodyne Spectroscopy (SHS) is a new spectroscopic technique which can obtain high spectral resolution. It combines the advantages of grating and Fourier-transform Spectroscopy (FTS) techniques. The basic concepts and structure of spatial heterodyne spectrometer were described. Spectrometer operating on the SHS principle was presented. SHS system were built and tested in the laboratory, the basic concepts and performance characteristics of the technique were verified. Experimental results showed that the achieved resolving power of SHS system is 17700 at 591nm, and the spectral range is 17nm. Spectral experiments were operated on the SHS system, including laser, continuous sourse, Hg lamp and Na lamp. These experimental results demonstrate the capability of spatial heterodyne spectroscopy in detection of high resolution spectrum.
