空间光通信中的快速倾斜镜精跟踪实验系统

摘    要:针对在空间光通信中影响ATP系统跟瞄精度的主要因素,提出了采用提高精跟踪控制系统,闭环带宽来保证系统跟瞄精度的方法,实验系统包括激光光源,四象限光电探测器,压电陶瓷躯动的快速倾斜镜和计算机等,实验结果表明,系统闭环带宽达到600Hz以上,有效地抑制了平台扰动误差,使跟瞄精度达到5μrad。

Abstract:In view of the main factors affecting pointing accuracy of ATP system in space lasercommunication, a method that ensures tracking and pointing accuracy of the system by improvingclosed-loop bandwidth of the high and fine tracking and control system is proposed. The experimental system consists of laser source, quadrant photo-detector, fast-steering mirror driven by piezoelectricceramic and computer, etc. The experimental results show that the platform disturbance error can beeffectively inhibited and the tracking accuracy can be as high as 5mrad when the closed-loop bandwidth of the system is over 600Hz.
