摘    要:常规利用液相色谱法检测土壤中的多环芳烃污染需要复杂的萃取过程,采用激光诱导荧光法直接检测土壤中的多环芳烃,有利于实现对土壤污染的监控.文章以多环芳烃中的蒽为研究对象,根据蒽的荧光特性,设计了实验光路和样品台,采用Nd:YAG激光器355 nm波长直接激发蒽和土壤混合样本的荧光,利用光纤光谱仪记录荧光光谱,实验发现在37...
