摘    要:剖析了全精馏制氩系统的启动过程,就空分设备冷开车和短期停车后再启动时投运制氩系统的异同进行了详细分析,指出缩短全精馏制氩系统启动时间的原则是合理控制粗氩塔的热负荷和有效利用粗氩塔的液体。

Abstract:The paper describes the starting procedure of the full distillation argon recovery system. The similarities and differences in connection with the operation of an argon revovery system during the initial cold starting and the restarting after temporary shutdown of the air separation unit are analyzed in a comprehensive way. The principle of shortening thestart - up time of the full distillation argon revovery system is to control the thermal loading of the crude argon column ina reasonable way and to use the liquid in the crode argon column in an effective way.
