| 摘 要： | 采用整体组装技术的标准化中型空分设备，将是今后中型空分设备市场的主要需求，是先进中型空分设备的一个重要技术发展趋势。文章简要分析了中型空分设备冷箱系统厂内组装、整体交货方式的技术特点和市场背景，介绍了国内外空分设备冷箱系统整体组装技术的发展情况，对研制过程中遇到的主要设计问题提出了解决措施或优化方案，并例举了某套中型空分设备整体组装交货冷箱的设计方案。

| Abstract: | The future middle-sized air separation plant market will mainly demand standard integral-packed middle-sized air separation plant, which is the main technical development trend for middle-sized air separation plant. Here, the technical features and market background of in-factory assembly and integral delivery of cold box system of middle-sized air separation plant are simply analyzed, the domestic and abroad development of integral-packing technology of cold box system of middle-sized air separation plant is introduced, the measures or optimizing scheme for solving the main design problems encountered during the development process are raised, and the design scheme of integrally assembled and delivered cold box of a middle-sized air separation plant is cited as example. |
