| 摘 要： | 在准备切换6000 m3/h空分设备制氩系统循环粗氩泵时,由于预冷阀和进液阀开度过大,使运行泵发生汽蚀,运行效率降低,导致主塔工况波动。简介制氩系统的流程和主要技术参数,介绍故障发生时相关运行参数的变化情况和处理措施,阐述相应的防范措施。
