氧压机节能优化操作实践

摘    要:由于氧气供需不平衡,而且转炉吹炼时间具有不确定性,造成氧压机经常性地高压放散,不但浪费能源而且产生了噪声污染。对氧压机实施炼钢时提前加载、间隙时手动卸载的操作,并合理降低氧压机排气压力的设定值,既保证了氧压机安全、稳定运行,又达到了节能降噪的效果。简介氧压机的运行现状,阐述优化操作的注意事项和效果。

Abstract:Unbalance supply and demand of oxygen and uncertainty of blowing time of converter results in frequent high-pressure bleed of oxygen compressor,which not only wastes energy but also generates noise contamination.During steelmaking,advance loading of oxygen compressor,discontinuous manual unloading and rational lowering of the setting of exhaust pressure of ensures the safe and stable run of oxygen compressor,saves the energy and lowers noise.Here,the operation status of oxygen compressor is briefed and instructions to its optimized operation and the obtained effects are described.
