| Abstract: | The second-stage exhaust pressure surpasses its design value, due to poor performance of the cooler in a reciprocating air compressor, which leads to action of safety valve. The replacement of second-stage cooler solves the problem. The measures to ensure the cooler's performance in a reciprocating air compressor are also presented. |
