螺杆空压机两级压缩节能技术分析

摘    要:简介双螺杆空压机与两级螺杆空压机的结构和运行特点,由于两级螺杆空压机采用了两级串联压缩工艺、中间喷油冷却装置和大直径螺杆等,节能效果明显。通过实例计算,得出两级螺杆空压机比双螺杆空压机节能15%。

Abstract:The structures and operation characteristics of twin-screw air compressor and two-stage screw air compressor are briefly introduced. Two-stage screw air compressor has a more obvious energy saving effect due to its two-stage series-wound compression technique, intermediate oil injection cooling device and larger screw diameter. Via the calculation of a practical application case, it is shown that the two-stage screw air compressor can save 15% energy, compared with the twin-screw air compressor.
