摘    要:介绍了一起因氧产量过高引起粗氩塔轻度氮塞,停运精氩塔时未排尽精氩冷凝器液氮,使精氩塔内形成负压,而外界空气通过关闭不严的余气排放阀进入精氩塔,进而污染液氩的故障;并提出了防范措施。

Abstract:The negative pressure is formed in the pure argon column due to slight nitrogen blockage in the crude argon column resulting from excessive oxygen output and liquid nitrogen undischarged from the pure argon condenser when the pure argon column is shut down. Furthermore, the outside air enters into the pure argon column through the discharge valve of remaining gas due to untightness of the valve. As a result, liquid argon is polluted by them. In conclusion, the preventive measures are recommended.
