摘    要:介绍化工型40000 m3/h内压缩流程空分设备的产品指标和流程特点,从流程组织、设备配置和能耗以及投资成本等方面,对膨胀空气进上塔和膨胀空气进下塔两种内压缩流程方案进行分析比较,得出满足需求的空分设备流程形式。

Abstract:The indexes and process features of chemical type 40000 m^3/h internal compression process air separation plant are introduced, and two internal compression process schemes (expanded air entering the upper column and expanded air entering the lower column) are analyzed and compared from the flow organization, equipment allocation, energy consumption and investment cost and thus a flow type meeting requirements of air separation plant is obtained.
