摘    要:由于没有将液氧贮槽升压后再向槽车充装液氧,在充装过程中使贮槽内形成负压,导致外界空气被倒吸入放空管线,长期积累使增压管线结冰冻堵。通过吹扫增压管线排除了故障。为防止同类故障再次发生,改进了向槽车充装液氧的操作规程。

Abstract:Since the liquefied oxygen storage tank is not boosted before filling of liquefied oxygen,during the filling process negative pressure is formed in the storage tank,which results in external air is back-sucked into the vent pipeline.Prolonged collection of air leads to icing of the boosting pipeline.The trouble is eliminated through purging the boosting pipeline.In order to avoid reoccurrence of similar trouble,the operation specification of filling liquefied oxygen to tank is modified.
